Always great food and service.

We had a huge group of people; ten of us altogether. The bill only came to $59 for all ten of us! Is the food spectacular? No. But, is it worth the price? Absolutely. The service was fast too.

Friendly staff, food is always tasty and delicious. They offer varying entree selections with many healthy options. All menu items are very affordable in addition to having daily breakfast, lunch and dinner specials. David's never disappoints us! Locate this restaurant. You will be glad that you did!

Got take out. Very quick. Did not even call in. Food very good and large portion. Wait staff friendly and patient.

They serve a variety of meals and breakfast throughout the whole day, they offer complimentary homemade soups each day of the week

The lovely ladies of David's give Excellent service! Savory selections (even for a somewhat picky vegetarian who mostly cooks at home.) Even the coleslaw is fresh quality. Very affordable! Why would you subject yourself or your loved ones to trash fast food when you can breeze thru David's and grab say, 2 pancakes & a scrambled egg with a good sized side of that coleslaw for about 4 bucks. Potato salad is also fresh & tastes homemade! A true gem of Asheboro 💖💛💚

The service was very slow. We had to wait for a good amount of time for refills. We ordered an appetizer and it came out looking like a side order. Definitely not worth what they are charging. None of the salad tasted fresh. The potato salad was tasteless. Overall bad experience. This will be our last time eating here.

This place has a wonderful breakfast! The crepes are amazing and the food is made just right! It has a diner feel to it and such a nice staff! I will be coming back again and again! They have never let me down!

I'm a big fan of David's. The food is always of good quality, and service is also spot on. If you are a fan of hot sauce, their house made hot sauce is quite good, but not for the faint of heart. The best part about David's is the daily made soups. I've tried several of them, and have yet to be let down. If you're ever in the area, this is one of the better places to eat in Asheboro.

I loved that all the supplements was disposable being in this pandemic I understand and why. But overall breakfast was great

The food was terrific the staff are so friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend had the chocolate milk shake, And she said it was outstanding. Highly recommended

It's alright. Food is good. Just ok quality for service. We went for breakfast. Got our food pretty quickly. Fresh tasting. Although I will say their potatoes aren't good. At all. And another person left the potatoes on their plate as well when they left ha. They were barely done. I could have turned mine in to mashed potatoes. Our waitress didn't seem like the type who would willingly and cheerfully return the potatoes to get them actually cooked so I didn't bother asking. It's nice inside. Chocolate chips thrown on top of the pancake...and some cooked inside of it as well, which made them really overly sweet. And my kids wanted french fries with their breakfast. I thought I'd ask because potatoes are potatoes, right? Well, that wasn't happening. Overall, it was just an ok experience. Expensive for breakfast! Almost $50 after tip. We could have went back to the beach to eat at Blueberry Grill restaurant.

Place has all kinds of choices and it's wonderful to be able to find just about anything when you can't choose.

We came from Greensboro to look at antiques. Found David's. Very nice selection of different foods on menu. Great service and reasonable prices. We need a David's in Greensboro!

It is a very clean restaurant with great service. I was on vacation and wanted to try something other than McDonald's and waffle house. This restaurant beats them all.

Must have been an off day for the cook. The steamed vegetables were hard. The steak was just not the color I thought it should be.Maybe great for breakfast. Haven't tried it though.

Great prices and service. Food can be a bit lack luster. Would eat here often and I do recommend it for a little lunch sit down place

While I have always loved David’s Restaurant, today (Sun, Mar 8, 2020) I witnessed their staff and management deal with an irate patron who was yelling, flinging his arms around, and generally making a spectacle of himself as I heard it over a .50 cents charge for nuts that were not included in his dish. Yes, .50 cents. They were gracious, kept their composures, and smiled and remained friendly through this whole scene. The patron finally stormed out with these words, “I hope you’ve heard of Google because I will destroy your online reputation over this!” It’s important to support local businesses like David’s Restaurant and their super-friendly staff... and if you want the best egg and chicken salads in town, this is the place to go! But, beware people who use social media and other methods to hurt local businesses for their own notoriety. It happens.

Chipotle Chicken Wrap is amazing! Staff is always nice. They have a pretty regular crowd and although they are sometimes packed, we always manage to get seated fairly quickly. This is a good place to stop in and grab a whole meal, a snack, or just dessert. Make sure you try the soups. They are most definitely a staple in David's menu.

This is a great place to eat! If you have the extra money to spend.. they are a little pricey but it is worth it. The entrees were huge, I couldn't finish find. I got the spaghetti, which was amazing, I made myself over full because I just couldn't stop eating it. Haha. My husband order center cut pork chops, which were a little overdone but, also said we're great, & that's saying something cause he hates his pork chops overdone. His entree come with 3 medium size pork chops. Not just 2.. with a side item, salad, veggies & a roll. Mine also came with a salad & bread & I believe they have me a whole lot of spaghetti. Lol the waitress was great that we had she was very attentive. Everyone they're seemed very nice! I highly recommend coming to David's

Excellent place to eat. We had 16 adults and 4 children in our party. Called ahead to warn them and they took it in stride. Our waitress Samantha was excellent. Food for breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back again

David's is always a good choice. By yourself or with your family. Very good wait staff. Very clean and the food is great. It is my home away from home. Their soups can't be beat.

Great breakfast spot! We went here two days in a row and I had the Greek omlette and the 3 Amigos omlette. Both were great! Very filling served with fruit, hash browns or grits and toast of choice. Reasonably priced as breakfast goes now. Our servers were extremely friendly and good at their jobs. I highly recommend David's!!!

So many choices and each one we have tried so far have been excellent! We love this place for breakfast and stop for lunch often, too. They know how to poach an egg and grill a pork chop.The service is friendly and the food comes out quickly. Great service I'm very picky when it comes to food I ordered the grilled chicken tacos with the rice and black beans delicious guacamole extra charge coffee a bit high but refills are free mom had pancakes with sausage and bacon that she didn't like eggs were perfect hot syrup which was really nice a side of hash browns 249 extra nice portion now a bit pricey but the food was hot and tasty and service was great

HUGE Salads!! Great food across the board.

Very good food, quick service. There's a drive up window for takeout as long as you call ahead of time. The stuffed avocado is really good, and so are the nachos. Really wild menu, about everything you could think of on the menu.

The omlets are pretty good here. As compared to cj's another popular breakfast spot, David's fills their omlets with more and better quality ingredients.

Huge selection, fast service, good prices.

We stopped in here for breakfast on the way to the zoo. I got eggs, corned beef hash, pancakes, bacon, and a bacon and cheese biscuit. The food was very tasty. I went with a group of people and everyone really enjoyed the food. The corned beef has was fried perfectly like I like it. The biscuit was soft. Great prices. Great location and a lot of parking. The only knock I would really have on David's was the service was a little slow and it took a while to get our check. We would still stop here again if back in the area in the future.
